Cancellation guide
How to cancel your Adult Friend Finder subscription
AdultFriendFinder renews paid subscriptions automatically on the day they expire. Its terms say to stop this you go to the Billing History & Credit Card Info page and turn auto-renewal off. The help area sits behind a login, so we could not confirm the exact menu path to that page.

Before you start
- Find out how you pay: directly on the site, or through Apple or Google Play. The route to cancel is different.
- Note the renewal date in your account and cancel before it.
- Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot, and check your bank statement after the next cycle.
Step by step
- 1
Log in on the website
Sign in to AdultFriendFinder in a browser with the account that holds the paid membership.
- 2
Open Billing History & Credit Card Info
The terms name this page as the place to manage renewal. We could not read the logged-in menus, so look for it in your account or billing area rather than in profile settings.
- 3
Turn auto-renewal off
Switch auto-renewal off on that page. Do it before your renewal date: the terms say renewals happen on the day the subscription expires.
- 4
Keep proof
Save the confirmation email, or take a dated screenshot showing auto-renewal is off.
- 5
Check your next statement
Look at your bank or card statement for the next billing cycle. If a charge still appears, contact AdultFriendFinder support (UK freephone 0800 098 8311, listed in the site footer) with your screenshot.
Paid through Apple or Google?
We did not find an official AdultFriendFinder app listing. If you ever paid through Apple or Google, cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting an app does not cancel a store subscription.

Deleting your profile vs stopping payments
The terms treat ending your account and stopping renewal as separate things. Turning auto-renewal off stops future charges; closing your account is a separate request. Turn renewal off first, keep proof, and only then close the account if you want it gone.
If it still charges you
Contact AdultFriendFinder's support with your confirmation and the date you cancelled. If you paid by card and can't get a response, talk to your bank about the payment. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, ask them for help from your purchase history.
Thinking of trying something else? Read our AdultFriendFinder review or the guide to choosing a casual dating site, and run any new trial through the true-cost calculator first.
