Cancellation guide
How to cancel your Feeld Majestic subscription
Feeld's help centre says all Majestic memberships must be cancelled by the subscriber through the App Store or Google Play, and Feeld's support team cannot do it for you. It suggests cancelling at least 48 hours before the next payment. You become a free member when the current billing cycle ends.

Before you start
- Find out how you pay: directly on the site, or through Apple or Google Play. The route to cancel is different.
- Note the renewal date in your account and cancel before it.
- Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot, and check your bank statement after the next cycle.
Step by step
- 1
Check which store you paid through
If you subscribed on an iPhone, it is billed by Apple. On Android, it is billed by Google Play.
- 2
iPhone: cancel in Apple subscriptions
Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Feeld and tap Cancel Subscription.
- 3
Android: cancel in Google Play
Open Google Play, go to your subscriptions, select Feeld and tap Cancel subscription, then follow the instructions.
- 4
Cancel at least 48 hours early
Feeld suggests cancelling at least 48 hours before the next scheduled payment. Its UK terms say you will get a reminder around 3 days before renewal.
- 5
Keep proof and check your statement
Keep the store's cancellation email and check your next statement. Note that when Majestic ends, private photos become visible to all members and Incognito switches off, per the help centre.
Paid through Apple or Google?
This is the main route for Feeld: Majestic is billed and cancelled through Apple or Google only. On iPhone use Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android use Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel.

Deleting your profile vs stopping payments
Feeld's help centre says plainly that deleting a Feeld account will not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel Majestic with the App Store or Google Play first, then delete the account in Settings, App Settings, Delete account. Pausing the account is a separate, reversible option.
If it still charges you
Contact Feeld's support with your confirmation and the date you cancelled. If you paid by card and can't get a response, talk to your bank about the payment. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, ask them for help from your purchase history.
