Victoria Milan is a discreet dating site for attached people, operated by Nextlove Limited in Malta. Joining is free and lets you browse and send winks; reading and sending messages needs Premium. The help centre lists Premium for 3, 6 or 12 months and Premium Plus for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, charged as a lump sum, with prices shown at checkout.
The terms deserve a careful read. They describe the website's primary purpose as an adult entertainment experience, and say 'Computer Generated Virtual hottie Profiles' are created for marketing and are marked with a tag. They also set notice periods for cancelling that are longer than most sites use.
Renewal is automatic at the full, undiscounted price, even if you joined on an offer. The iOS app is run by Star Media Labs AS, which also takes payments made in the app.

Does deactivating my Victoria Milan profile stop the payments?
No. The help centre says deactivating does not switch off auto-renewal of a paid membership, and logging in again reactivates the profile. Cancel the membership in Settings, My membership.
Can I get a refund from Victoria Milan?
The help centre says that by buying Premium you acknowledge you waived your right of withdrawal, and the terms say fees are not refundable unless the law requires it. If you think a charge is wrong, contact support@victoriamilan.com.
Why was I charged after I cancelled?
