Cancellation guide

How to cancel your BeNaughty subscription

BeNaughty uses automatic renewal, and a 3-day trial converts to a monthly plan when it ends. Its billing policy says you can cancel the automatic payment at any time before the recurring payment date on the 'My Settings' page. Your access continues until the end of the period already paid.

Before you start

  • Find out how you pay: directly on the site, or through Apple or Google Play. The route to cancel is different.
  • Note the renewal date in your account and cancel before it.
  • Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot, and check your bank statement after the next cycle.

Step by step

  1. 1

Log in and open My Settings

Sign in on the website or app and go to the 'My Settings' page, which the billing policy names as the place to manage your subscription.

  2. 2

    Stop the automatic payment

Cancel the automatic payment for your membership. If you also pay for add-on features, check each one: the billing policy says features renew monthly too.

  3. 3

Do it before the next payment date

Cancel before the recurring payment date. On a 3-day trial, that means before the trial ends, or it converts to a monthly plan.

  4. 4

    Keep proof

Save the confirmation email or take a dated screenshot of your subscription status.

  5. 5

    Check your next statement

Look at your bank or card statement for the next cycle. If you see a charge after cancelling, contact support@benaughty.com, the address in the cancellation policy, with your proof.

Paid through Apple or Google?

BeNaughty's terms say that if you subscribed through an iTunes (Apple) account, you must cancel auto-renew in that Apple account before the renewal date. The same logic applies to Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription.

Deleting your profile vs stopping payments

BeNaughty's terms say you can cancel your subscription and membership through 'My Settings' by following the link to Remove Account. Stopping the automatic payment and removing the account are separate actions there, so stop the payment first and confirm it, then remove the account if you no longer want it.

If it still charges you

Contact BeNaughty's support with your confirmation and the date you cancelled. If you paid by card and can't get a response, talk to your bank about the payment. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, ask them for help from your purchase history.
