How to cancel your Victoria Milan subscription
Victoria Milan's terms say you can cancel online in the settings of your profile, via your 'My membership' details page. The catch is timing: notice must arrive 14 days before the end of a 1 or 3 month plan, and 28 days before the end of a 6 or 12 month plan, or the next period can be charged.

Before you start
- Find out how you pay: directly on the site, or through Apple or Google Play. The route to cancel is different.
- Note the renewal date in your account and cancel before it.
- Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot, and check your bank statement after the next cycle.
Step by step

Check your renewal date and notice period
Find your plan length and end date. Cancel at least 14 days before the end of a 1 or 3 month plan, or 28 days before the end of a 6 or 12 month plan, unless a different period was shown when you bought.

Log in and open Settings
On the website, click 'Settings' in the menu on the left, under your profile picture.

Go to My membership and cancel
Open 'My membership' and follow the instructions to cancel the automatic renewal. Your Premium access runs until the end of the period already paid.

Trials: contact support
The terms say a 48-hour trial renews into a 6 month Premium membership, and to stop auto-renewal on trial packages you contact the support team. Email support@victoriamilan.com before the trial ends.

Keep proof and check your statement
Save the confirmation email or a dated screenshot, then check your bank statement at the next renewal date. If you prefer, the terms also accept a signed cancellation sent from your registered email to support@victoriamilan.com, giving your full name, country site and email in block capitals.
Paid through Apple or Google?
Victoria Milan's terms say purchases made in the iOS or Android app must be cancelled with the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Its help centre gives the iPhone route: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Deleting your profile vs stopping payments
Victoria Milan's help centre is explicit: deactivating your profile (Settings, then 'Deactivate Profile') is not permanent deletion, logging back in reactivates it, and it does not switch off auto-renewal of a paid membership. Cancel the membership separately first.
If it still charges you
Contact Victoria Milan's support with your confirmation and the date you cancelled. If you paid by card and can't get a response, talk to your bank about the payment. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, ask them for help from your purchase history.
