Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can. Here is what, why, and how to make us forget it.

Who is responsible
The data controller is Pearl Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, publisher of flingcompass.com. Contact for any privacy matter: lombardonovitch@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you type it into one of our forms, with the boxes you ticked, the page you were on, the optional choice you made (“Chat first”, “Meet soon” or “Keep it discreet”), the date, the referring page and the country derived from your connection.
- Clicks on advertising links: the link, the page it was on, your browser type and country. Not your name or email.
- Analytics, only if you click “Accept all” in the cookie banner. See the cookie policy.
The tools (calculator, bio generator, data-leak check, match finder, checklist) run in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Sending you the checklist and occasional updates: your consent (the box you ticked). You can withdraw it in one click.
- Creating an account on a partner site, when a partner is offered and you tick that separate box: your consent. Your email, IP address and country are passed to that partner to create the account. From then on the partner is responsible for that account under its own privacy policy.
- Counting clicks on advertising links and keeping the site secure: our legitimate interest in running and funding the site.
- Analytics: your consent.
We never sell your email, and we never pass on the optional choice you made in a form.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel (hosting).
- Supabase (database where form entries and click records are stored).
- Resend (sending emails).
- Google Analytics and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity: only after you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States and the European Union, under the safeguards they offer for international transfers (such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable).
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record that you did, so we never email you again. Click records are kept for up to 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email us from the address concerned. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also use the unsubscribe page.
Age
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
